The house
Recently built and flooded with light from east to west, the house unfolds across two floors around a vast open-plan living area. The kitchen opens to the lounge, the lounge to the terrace, the terrace to the garden. Everything flows.
The living area
Light comes in from both sides. A long dining table, several sofas, a wood stove for cooler evenings. The eleven guests can gather here without feeling crowded.
The full-height windows open onto the south-facing terrace: coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening.
The kitchen
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and generous storage. A utility room extends the space. When the weather is good, the Weber barbecue takes over on the terrace.
The village shops in Plévenon (bakery, grocery, small restaurants) are three kilometres away. The market at Pléhérel-Plage, a few minutes' drive, is worth the detour for oysters and fresh fish.
The bedrooms
One bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, for those who prefer to avoid the stairs. Four more bedrooms upstairs.
The setting
Cap Fréhel is a listed Grand Site de France. The house sits on the Côte d'Émeraude (the Emerald Coast), between Erquy and Saint-Malo. Pink sandstone cliffs, heather and gorse moors that flower in summer, clear water.
The house sits in a quiet hamlet, a ten-minute walk from the small harbour of Saint-Géran.

Our family stay with ten of us went perfectly. A spacious, bright, well-equipped house. A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor — perfect if you want to avoid the stairs. Vast open garden, ideal for the dog. An address to remember!
We were eight adults and two children and the house was a perfect fit. The kitchen is large, the garden is big enough for the children, and you get sun all day long. Lovely bonus with the Weber barbecue at our disposal!
The house is perfectly placed between Fort La Latte and Cap Fréhel for beautiful walks. Quiet, in the middle of fields — ideal for a restful weekend away from the city. So spacious that we could be together as a family while everyone kept their own private space.
Great place — spacious, practical and very bright. Perfectly suited to our family reunion of five couples. The living room is beautiful, with room for everyone whether at the table or in the lounge. Highly recommended.
Lovely property, a large lounge-dining-kitchen for ten people. The bathrooms are spacious and the beds excellent quality. A wonderful stay, very close to Fort La Latte, Erquy and Cap Fréhel. I highly recommend.
A great stay in Brittany — the house is very big with a large garden. Perfect for a stay with children. Thank you for welcoming us for our weekend with friends.
